Smiles All Round with Polished London
Polished London got in touch with me to let me know about their products and if I’d be interested in reviewing them. I’d not been totally happy with my current tooth colour, I think I’d been neglecting them and just doing the basic two cleans a day. I try to floss regularly but like most healthy habits I find it hard to stay consistent with it. I hadn’t used any whitening products in years as I wasn’t sure if they were vegan or not. So when Polished London came along I was excited to try their products!
Who is Polished London?
Launched in 2015, Polished London is a UK-based company creating at-home teeth whitening and oral cosmetics founded by Debbie. Following years of researching different cosmetic dental products, working closely with a Harley Street dental professor and a team of UK-based dentists, Debbie developed a safe, effective, non-peroxide whitening formula.

The main reason to choose Polished London if you’re looking for teeth whitening solutions is because they use vegan ingredients and are cruelty free! Often oral cosmetics can contain animal-derived ingredients and are tested on animals. Polished London doesn't use any ingredients that contain animal materials and they refuse to test on animals, so they get my full support!

My Two-Week Teeth Whitening Kit Experience
The teeth whitening strips that come in the Sparkly Smile gift set is a two week process and you need to use the strips once each day. I started the process on the 14th August but due to travelling to Edinburgh and my routine being disrupted I actually ended it on the 9th September. I assume the process works better if you do it for two weeks straight without disruption.
For the two weeks I’ve been using the whitening paste with the bamboo toothbrush and the mouth cleanse, which is the prettiest mouth wash I’ve ever seen, I was mesmerised by it! I set a reminder on my phone to do the teeth whitening strips nightly before going to sleep and sat in bed with the strips on while I scrolled through TikToks, it couldn’t have been easier! The whitening cleanse and whitening paste even won “best oral care product” 2021 in the Pure Global Beauty Awards!
Around day 8 I started to notice a real difference in the whiteness of my teeth and by the end of the packet of strips I was amazed at how much whiter they had become. I finished off the two week process by using the whitening powder which was really easy to use and added an extra shine!
I’m so happy with how well it’s worked and will definitely be using those strips again, especially if I know I have a big event that I want to look my best for. Having nice healthy teeth is so important to me, and a white smile just gives me that extra confidence, so it’s well worth investing in your tooth care.
